Style, by Tom

Hi! I'm Tom, and I'm an electrical engineer. I'll share my style, essential tips, and you make it your own. Here's my take on fashion and how it relates to life. Fashion is so great and I love it. Most people are too stupid to buy nice things, so I show you how to. (I post most of my entries as they happen via my iPhone, making it difficult to always have perfect grammar and spelling for several reasons. Also, like most people in my generation, I rely on Spell Check LOL. I can't spell for shit. If you can't tolerate that, my apologies.) To learn more about me, visit stylebytom . Anything you want to know...email me your questions at stylebytom@aol.com.

OMG PINK! An open letter to Mary, Jules and Megs.
Guys: WHAT do I need to do to become a contributor to NonSociety? If you want money, we can negotiate that.

PINK IS MY NEW OBSESSION
When readers write in and ask what colors make my lips sparkle, I usually offer my two favorite nude colors - Revlon Nude Lustre and Mac Viva Glam V lip glosses - or Chanel’s Rouge Attitude lipstick.
Now, I’m going with a fresh, sheer baby pink for daytime shine.  Using the back of my hand as a canvas, I considered many different shades in Sephora and found Cargo Plant Love Botanical Lipstick to be a favorite.  With an eco-friendly tube, packaging made of flower seeds you can actually plant, AND $2 out of the $20 going to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, how could I not try it.
There is a cheese factor here:  The tube looks like it would be found in a pre-teen’s first purse, and the shades are supposedly designed by celebrities.  I bought “Lindsay Lohan.”  I cringed a little, but it turned out to be a great product.
